New Executive Chef Caters to Military Tastes

Indian River Colony Club in Viera welcomes Frank Weiland

(VIERA, FL) March 15, 2021 – Frank Weiland is the new executive chef for Indian River Colony Club, the Viera 55+ golf community for military veterans. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Weiland is now responsible for the daily food service for the At Ease Club restaurant, as well as onsite events catering. Weiland spent decades honing his skills and service ethic in executive chef positions at numerous high end resorts and country clubs in the U.S., including Sunspree Resorts, Hilton Hotels and Embassy Suites Golf Resorts. In Brevard, Weiland has served in the top spot in the kitchen of the Suntree Country Club and the Chart House. Chef Weiland holds certifications from the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef® and a Certified Culinary Administrator®.
