Indian River Colony Club Names Employee of the Year

Lissette Más honored for performance at patriotic Viera community

Lisette Más was named the Indian River Colony Club Employee of the Year for 2022 at the December 7 annual meeting of the 55+ Viera golf community for military veterans. She was presented with a check for $250 by IRCC Foundation Chairman, Jerry Gill.

(VIERA, FL) December 19, 2022 – Lissette Más has been named the 2022 Employee of the Year for Indian River Colony Club, the Viera 55+ golf community for military veterans. An employee since 2016, Ms. Más was recognized on December 7 during the community’s annual membership meeting and presented with a $250 monetary award. Más helms the Reception desk at Indian River Colony Club, with duties that include greeting and assisting members and guests, routing incoming telephone calls and numerous administrative tasks.

Chief Financial Officer, Julie Roberts, discussed the award for Más.

Lissette Más oversees Reception for Indian River Colony Club. Más has been named the 2022 Employee of the Year by the 55+ Viera golf community for military veterans.

“Lissette has taken complete ownership of her job in the Administrative Department,” said Roberts. She is always the biggest fan of IRCC and consistently displays a ‘can do’ attitude. Her outstanding work and positive outlook led to her selection as the Employee of the Year.”

All 120 full-time employees of Indian River Colony Club are eligible for the annual award. Department managers each nominate an exceptional member of their team and then cast votes for the most exemplary employee. The Employee of the Year award is sponsored by the not-for-profit Indian River Colony Club Foundation. The purpose of the IRCC Foundation is to provide grants for educational, medical, emergency, and other charitable purposes to employees and residents of IRCC and to organizations that assist individuals who are current or former members of the Uniformed Services of the United States.
