IRCC Design Center- Home remodel records and approved contractors

The Design Center Coordinator keeps a list of all current licensed, insured, and reputable IRCC approved contractors, and evaluation reports submitted by residents for contractors on completed projects, all kept on file in the Design Center. Reports are available for review to residents wanting to remodel their homes. The Design Center Coordinator also assists residents and contractors for all projects needing approval from the Architectural Review Committee and various remodeling projects.

A great convenience for home buyers, also available, are copies of current house plans and property surveys.  There is a house file for every home in the community. The house file contains original construction documents and submitted improvements made to the home since construction. Copies of these documents are available on request. With the assistance of the home owner, the Design Center keeps these files as current as possible.
