“We love IRCC!”

We love IRCC! My parents lived here from 1990 until 2003, and we moved here in 2023 for the same exact reasons! At 76, we are still quite active and love being able to golf, attend chapel and various activities including plays, as well as dine and swim – using our golf cart to travel less than a mile from our home. Our IRCC neighbors are the BEST, and we are making new friends every day. The Maintenance Program is also a huge plus for us. Yard maintenance frees us for other activities, and home maintenance is outstanding. From roof replacement and outdoor painting, to HVAC and appliance maintenance—it takes the stress out of almost all home maintenance and repair. Safety is also high on our priority list, both when we are in residence and for our home when we travel. We place great value in our manned gate entrance to the community and 24-7 security presence. Last, but certainly not least, we treasure the patriotic attitude of our community, both as veterans and as proud Americans.
