We moved to IRCC because of the all-inclusive inside and outside maintenance program, which is wonderful. No more need to hunt for an electrician, a plumber or any other home service person. They are all right here in our facility with their kind, caring and competent abilities. We also moved here because we loved the concept of being able to drive the Golf Cart not only to the IRCC Country Club restaurant, but also to local grocery stores, shops and restaurants. After we were here for a few months, we realized that what would keep us in IRCC forever were our new friends and neighbors who had become our chosen family. The plethora of activities and events for every lifestyle provided the opportunity to meet our chosen family. We are truly delighted to be part of the paradise of IRCC.

We’ve lived in IRCC for 8 years. Before we moved here, I went back 10 years and calculated our maintenance on the home we were living in at the time. I was shocked to discover it would actually cost us less to live in IRCC than to continue maintaining our home in Broward County!

Here are some things to consider about home ownership in IRCC. You will never have to pay to paint your house, never pay for a roof replacement, never pay for a broken appliance, never pay for a plumber, an electrician, or an A/C technician, never pay to maintain the landscaping and never pay for pest control. There are some exceptions to the items above such as highly upgraded appliances or over-the-top landscaping.

The real cost for all these services varies somewhat according to the size of the house. Our monthly fixed fees are somewhere around $1000 for all the services I mentioned.
